Family Trust Package
- Includes all the features of the Guardianship Package, plus any money previously spent on the Guardianship Package is credited toward the price of the Family Trust Package.
- Includes all the features of the Wills package.

- Plans for incapacity and NOT JUST death like a Will, meaning that this plan works for you and your loved ones ALL THE TIME.
- Allows you to explicitly state, how, and who, and when your minor children will receive financial support following your death and avoids a court appointed guardian to manage life insurance pay outs on your child's behalf.
- Keeps everything private rather than getting the court involved which will save you time (because your money isn’t tied up in court), money (because a properly funded trust doesn’t have to go through the probate process), and frustration (everything accounted for and already neatly organized).
- Minimizes the estate settling work, giving your family room to breathe and grieve in the days after your death.
- Avoids court fees for property in other states.
